My life’s work is dedicated to helping people find and live their best self. I have been conducting personal growth and healing sessions since 1991 when I became more fully attuned to my own life’s purpose after suffering a traumatic experience. Through my spiritual seeking, I found meditation and began in depth study of various healing modalities including hands-on healing, homeopathy, essential oils, reflexology, massage, and others. I began to experiment with family and friends and gained much experience over the course of 4-5 years as my study broadened.

Over time, this evolved into an in-depth study on the workings of the spirit-mind-body processes, and I followed my inner guidance to build a comprehensive picture of who we are; why we are here, how we sabotage ourselves with negativity, and how to overcome these barriers to happiness and fulfillment. I learned how to hold a space for Spirit to bring people into integration with their higher selves and how to help people broaden their perspectives on life. The techniques I use in healing sessions are the ones I have practiced myself and learned through my inner guidance.

After my extensive and deep training working in conjunction with Spirit, I now wish to use my gifts to heal, uplift and help my fellow brothers and sisters transform their lives: from chaos to glory, from despair to bliss, from pain to joy. Truly I have been blessed to find my true self, and it is my greatest pleasure to help you find yours!
