What is Generational Healing?

Generational Healing is a restorative healing process that delves into the deepest part of our human system of consciousness, which houses our unconscious memories of the past from many generations. It liberates us to tap freely into our divine nature.

Our bodies are vehicles for consciousness. It is through the workings of the mind that our body is influenced and dominated by consciousness—our waking state and the lower and higher states of our unconscious mind. Information passes through our mind through circuits running through our physical body. This is distributed through the chakra system. It becomes encoded in our cells through a highly complex and well-orchestrated mechanism. We are composed of the thoughts that run through our mind. And these thoughts have a biochemical component—they stimulate certain neurotransmitters that emit signals into our emotional body giving us certain feelings. Sometimes the feelings are pleasurable; sometimes they are painful. Either way, our beliefs and feelings are what influences our thinking and builds our reality.

Changing one’s beliefs and feelings can be as simple as thinking another thought. But what if you cannot easily change it? The old thought and feeling just keeps running over and over through your mind. There is an explanation as to why this happens and why the inner resistance is so strong, even to the point of creating some serious disturbances such as emotional and mental disorders. I believe there is a way to look at this that is different than our current model of understanding the mind. I suggest that Generational Healing offers an innovative solution to help you achieve peace of mind, clarity of thinking, and stable emotions to give you relief from your inner turmoil.

Our beliefs come from somewhere. They come from generations upon generations of people who have had beliefs, traditions and habits that get passed on through inheritance and become encoded in our bodies as certain tendencies. Some beliefs are true, some are not. Our behavior is influenced by our beliefs and painful memories and feelings create negative behavior patterns. Behavior is then coded into DNA and gets passed down the genetic line. Ingrained habit patterns are very difficult to correct because the body has such a powerful defense mechanism keeping the old ways in check. And if the beliefs and memories are painful, the body does not want to let go of them because the alternative is unknown and the body responds to change as scary. This causes turmoil and pain within. Yet do not lose hope because there is another way to change unwanted behavior by turning to Spirit, who knows you intimately and knows how to correct those things that prevent you from achieving your true life purpose.

Through the action of Spirit within you, embedded belief systems and generational past life experiences are released, your DNA is altered, and you are planted into a new substance for your mind to feed upon – living truth. Truth is light and refreshing and releases you from pain. It is the exact opposite of living in lies or fear. Lies and fear cause pain. Truth creates feelings of peace, joy, and love. Once your mind is nourished on truth, the errors and lies of who you felt you were no longer have any fuel to feed them. They wither away. The reality of who you are as a dearly beloved child of Spirit shines forth from within, and you have more access to your true nature to follow the divine blueprint for your life. This occurs over time. You build your capacity for peace and joy with your increased beliefs in who you really are.

You will feel a greater range of mental clarity, emotional stability, and energetic creativity as you increasingly and permanently are freed from feelings of unworthiness, guilt, shame, anger, impatience, and all other emotions that diminish your true self. And like any process, you grow more lovely and Spirit-conscious as you grow into your divine nature over time.

Trusting in the divine plan for your life to attract everything good to you will bring a new freedom to your life. Generational Healing is the doorway to finding everything you’ve always dreamed about but may not have actually thought was possible. God loves you and wants all good things for you. Activate your faith – trust this is possible – and find the true self of your dreams.

How It Works

Generational Healing is effective because it uses the most powerful energy in the universe — divine love. Only Spirit has the power to free you from generational embedded belief systems and feelings.

This process differs from other healing because in Generational Healing you receive, through faith, the healing God desires for you. Unlike processes where you must discover for yourself where your blocks are, in Generational Healing, Spirit knows where all things are in your mind. With tender and gentle spiritual power, the blocks are removed when a person comes to a session without trying to analyze what is occurring, and just receives what Spirit has to offer.

It is this simple.

While the simplicity of what Generational Healing offers may sound too good to be true, it is important to understand that it is the attitude of your heart to be in a place of faith (trusting Spirit to be in control of your healing) that allows you to receive the gift of true, deep, and lasting healing.

Many times in approaching healing, the intellect stays in the driver’s seat. This directly interferes with what Spirit wants to do in you. After all, who knows you more intimately than you know yourself – your Inner Spirit! And this Spirit has all of the love and healing power contained within that you will ever need. In receiving Generational Healing, you are purely trusting that this is true.
